Three steps to get started
From installation to connection, one step at a time.
Install the file
Extract the ZIP and run the installer inside. If you downloaded the MSI, open it directly and follow the installation prompts.
Sign in and connect
Open TITAN and sign in with your TITAN account. Choose a server in the app and connect.
Create an account →A little help before you start
The app will not start after installation.
Check the error message first. Related libraries are listed in the startup help below. If you are unsure which file is needed, send the error details to support.
Which account should I use?
Sign in to the TITAN app with your TITAN account. Create an account if needed, and check your plan and service period on your account page.
I cannot browse after connecting.
Disconnect TITAN and check your normal internet connection. If it works, try connecting to a different server. If the issue continues, share the error and device type with support.
Startup help and additional tools
Use only the item needed for your error or recommended by support. Repair tools may change network, certificate or DNS settings.
